Who runs this site

Tramform America is an independent, unincorporated advocacy project run by private individuals. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or funded by any government agency, transit district, utility, company, vendor, political party or candidate. Transit agencies, towns and companies named on the site are mentioned only to describe publicly reported facts; their names and marks belong to their owners.

Opinion and accuracy

This site expresses opinions on public policy. Figures are taken from the sources listed on the main page, are rounded, and were current when written (November 2026). They may be out of date or wrong. We make no warranty of accuracy or completeness and accept no liability for any decision made in reliance on this site. Corrections are welcome; a contact channel is coming.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, investment, tax, engineering or medical advice, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation of any security, including municipal bonds. Talk to your town's own professionals before acting on anything here.

Privacy

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, loads no third-party fonts or scripts, embeds no third-party content, and collects no personal information. The "Share this page" button uses your device's own share sheet or clipboard and sends nothing to us. The site is served by a content delivery network, whose own request logs are governed by its privacy policy.
